If you have any questions on our APIs or run into issues while working with them, please follow the below steps:

  • Ensure you have reviewed the available documentation in the Developer Portal, including the business rules, validation errors, and example payloads.

  • Search through FAQs.

  • Post your question in the APIs topic within the Ask a Peer Community in the Cornerstone Success Center.

    TIP

    You will need to have an account in the Cornerstone Success Center to access the community. If you don't have an account, please register for one. You will need to add your Cornerstone Portal name in the registration form (if your organization does not have a Cornerstone portal yet, you cannot register for an account and cannot use the community). Once you register, login and join the Ask an Expert community. While posting your question, be sure to select the topic as Ask an Expert: Edge and the subtopic as Ask an Expert: APIs/Connectors.
